At Esther Rose Event Stationery, we provide a bespoke design experience, crafting a unique concept tailored specifically to each couple. Once the design is completed, it becomes the couple's exclusive creation, and Esther Rose ensures that this design is never reproduced.

Bespoke Design Fee

Starting at $350.00, Alyssa’s bespoke design fee is the base rate for our exclusive design services. This one-time payment covers all aspects of the design process. Please note that complex illustrations, or logos are not covered in this fee. This fee covers the full design process, ensuring consistency and continuity from start to finish. To reserve your place in our demanding schedule, an upfront payment is required for all design services due to the custom nature of our work and high demand.

Payment & Design Scheduling

Design work will be scheduled based on the date of payment. Once we receive your payment, we will allocate a spot in our calendar as promptly as possible.
Quotations are valid for 10 days. If not accepted within this time, availability cannot be guaranteed.

Design Revisions

Revisions that require intricate work, such as illustrations or hand lettering, may impact the timeline for revisions or the overall project completion.

Lead Time & Order Deadlines

We recommend a lead time of up to 10 weeks before your event to ensure timely delivery.
Orders placed within 6 weeks of the event may only be accepted by mutual agreement, and will incur an additional rush fee of $225.

Printing Service

We rely on third-party printing services, which can affect timelines. If revisions or time constraints jeopardise the printing process, we will issue a warning. Esther Rose is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party printing, and no refunds will be issued for stationery elements that are delayed and do not arrive on time.

Revisions & Additional Design Fee

We allocate time for each client’s design to maintain a smooth schedule. As part of this, each stationery item includes up to 3 revisions. After this, additional revisions will incur a fee of $85.00 per revision. This policy ensures fair treatment for all clients and maintains an effective scheduling system. 

Artwork Approval & Refunds

We will provide you with digital proofs of your design throughout the design process. It is the client’s responsibility to confirm the design, the colours, and the copy are all correct during this process. Once we have your final approval, the artwork will then move into production with our suppliers and printers. No refunds will be issued for stationery elements after this approval from the client.

Your approval in writing via email acts as final approval of the designs exactly as they appear within the Digital Proof. Changes requested beyond this point will incur reprinting fees.

It is important to note that it is your responsibility to check the artwork and ensure it meets your requirements. Please take the time to check all the steps outlined below carefully. We are not responsible for mistakes that might occur after the proof is received.

• Punctuation

• Contact details including names, telephone numbers, email address

• Colour – While all digital proofs provided are created to match CMYK values, slight variations may occur between the colours seen on screen and the final printed product due to differences between digital screens and print media. We recommend approving proofs with this in mind, as the final printed colours may not be an exact match to what is displayed on your screen.

If you are satisfied with the details, please send the proof back with the word approved via the same email to commence production.

If there are errors discovered within the text after the digital proof has been approved, Esther Rose will revise the design without charge, however the customer will be responsible for the re-printing of the printed material at a discounted rate.

Change of Mind

Once the design process has started, we are unable to accommodate requests for changes of mind. We do not offer refunds for changes to the design, quantity, or artwork after approval. 

Refund Policy

If the design process has begun, refunds are provided according to the following schedule:

1 proof provided: 75% refund (minus the bespoke design fee)
2 rounds of revisions: 50% refund (minus the bespoke design fee)
3 rounds of revisions: 25% refund (minus the bespoke design fee)
We do not offer refunds for change of mind or changes in quantity.

Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

As part of our commitment to showcasing our work, Esther Rose reserves the right to display completed designs on our website, social media, and promotional materials without needing explicit client approval. We are mindful of your privacy, and sensitive details will be omitted in any public displays. If you have concerns about the use of your design in this way, please inform us in writing during the initial project briefing or before finalising your project. We aim to maintain an open and respectful working relationship with all clients.
