You're seeing it everywhere, and if you're anything like me, you've saved 15+ TikTok's, 8 Instagram Reels, and have about 5 screenshots of goals and affirmations for this year. Compiling them isn't as gratifying as saving them for later, so we've done the hard work for you. 

In 2024, we're not: 

- Seeking Instant Gratification.
- Silencing ourselves to protect other people.
- Drinking out of plastic water bottles.
- Overthinking the smallest of decisions.
- Leaving our phones on the table while we're eating with others.
- Using Snapchat.
- Glorifying Overworking.
- Talking negatively about ourselves.
- Dealing with immature people, friends or family.
- Over-consuming anything. 
- Giving into diet culture.

 

We are: 

- Reading. 
- Drinking quality wine.
- Using Pinterest.
- Having Signature Scents.
- Saving money.
- Romanticising every day tasks - drinking coffee, gardening, cooking, etc.
- Quietly succeeding.
- Journalling.
- Slow Movement every day.
- Eating fruit and vegetables.
- Deleting apps we don't use.
- Hot girl walks (these are never going!)
- Keeping Screen time down.
